Restricted Printing Materials
Restricted materials such as different mediums of exchange and identification may be copied, but only in very specific ways.
Mediums of Exchange
The following items can only be copied in black and white, single-sided, and must either be reduced 75% or enlarged 150% of original size:
- Paper Currency
- Personal Checks
- Company Drafts
- Treasury Notes
- Travelers Checks
- Money Orders
- Stock Certificates
- Bond Certificates
- Treasury Stamps
- Postage Stamps*

Identification
These items can only be copied in black and white:
- Drivers’ Licenses or Titles
- Birth Certificates
- Certificates of U.S. Citizenship
- School Transcripts
- State-Issued Identification
- Passports
- Immigration Papers
- Diplomas
